Using Remote Desktop With Multiple Monitors
Revised Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) software will allow you to use it from your multiple monitor system and span the multiple monitors of the remote client being monitored.
It's as simple as it sounds with only two things to consider: Your local monitors must have the same screen resolution as the monitors you are connecting to and resolution on the remote monitor must be less than 4096x2048.

So funny. I had just contacted a few companies concerning multiple monitor systems. Im glad you all werent as clueless with this as they were.
