Microsoft Windows 7

Microsoft is already hard at work with a new operating system and is already in the legal phases of production. In compliance with the 2002 antitrust settlement, the next-generation version of windows is facing an antitrust review from a private Technical committee to ensure Microsoft is staying within the agreement.

Code-named Windows 7, the latest OS is expected to release in late 2009 or early 2010 and it has been speculated, but not officially announced, that Internet Explorer 8 will likely be a part of Windows 7.
