When To Trash It All
Once in a while someone in our office will come to me with something they found in an old room, their desk, or in an old box and it usually software that is so old it makes us laugh, but it got me thinking how old does something have to be that you recycle it? In our computer shop we have a ton of old sticks of memory sitting around that no computer made in the past ten years could use, but why do we keep it? Well I keep it because I know that some of our clients still use it, and that is what technology boils down to. Are you still using it? If you can sit there and go no, no we do not use it and do not have use for it, and then it’s about time to recycle it.
