It Is Worth A Try
I am always a little proud of our clients when they try to work on things on their own, especially when they do not make things worse, and on the same hand I am a little annoyed when clients make no effort into trying things at all before immediately calling for help. So that leads to a big question for us, is it better for someone to try to work on their machines and maybe make it worse or call in immediately. The same thought goes with new products, try it a little! You will be so surprised what you can figure out what to do on your own! I always find that if I learn a product on my own, I have a much better understanding of it than if I had someone show me. I would like to encourage everyone to work with a new product before you immediately throw in the towel, you will be amazed!
